Wines aged under the watchful eye of the Pic Saint Loup

We dreamed for a long time , a beautiful wine cellar and storage for our bottles , it's done!

Our challenge was to integrate the new building the milieu of old stone buildings . We chose a natural archtitecture wood , built by the "compagnons du travail".

The new building consists of two parts:

- In the basement , a wine cellar for white and rosé which will be operational for the 2015 vintage.

- Ground floor, an air-conditioned cellar for storing bottles with our labeling system.

From the balcony , the view overlooking the plain, with the backdrop of the small village of Valflaunès , Pic Saint Loup and the cliff of Orthus .

Perfect to allow a quiet and serene ageing for our various vintages ....
